      該機徹底改變傳統(tǒng)油炸機結構，采用油水一體化結構。上層放油，下層放水，油炸過程中產生的殘渣全部沉入水中，不會燒焦，下層水分又不斷產生水蒸氣給高溫的炸油補充微量水分，以保證炸油不變黑，從而延長換油周期，節(jié)約用油。比傳統(tǒng)用油可節(jié)油50%以上。

 

      設備配以高效燃燒器，換熱器內安裝了充氧盒，可自動給管道內補充空氣，使火源能在管道內充分燃燒，廢氣排放小，無污染，熱效率高，升溫快，提高生產效率。
